# THE CREATIVE PROJECT — TERMS OF SERVICE
## 1. General Policies
By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to the following terms.
All payments and deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
The Creative Project reserves the right to refuse or terminate any project that does not align with business, ethical, or creative standards.

## 2. Usage Rights & Ownership
All images and creative work remain the property of The Creative Project and are protected under copyright law.
Deliverables are licensed, not sold.
### Portrait Sessions
Images are for personal use only (social media, personal printing, etc.).
### Brand / Business Sessions
Images include usage rights for business and promotional use, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
Images may not be:
• resold
• sublicensed
• distributed to third parties
• used for large-scale commercial campaigns (ads, billboards, publications)
Extended commercial licensing requires a separate agreement and fee.

## 3. Booking & Payment
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all photography bookings.
Deposits are transferable if rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Remaining balances must be paid before the session begins.
Projects will not be delivered until full payment is received.

## 4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours notice.
Failure to provide proper notice will result in loss of deposit.
No-call / no-shows will result in forfeiture of payment.

## 5. Late Policy
Clients are expected to arrive on time.
Late arrivals may result in reduced session time and will not be extended.
If more than 15 minutes late, the session may be cancelled at the photographer’s discretion.

## 6. Image Delivery & Turnaround
Turnaround times vary by service type.
### Portrait & Brand Sessions
• Basic edited galleries delivered within 1–2 business days
• Retouching begins once the client submits selected images
• Final retouched images delivered within 7–14 business days after selections
### Creative / Composite Edits
• May require up to 21 business days after selections
### Event Coverage
• Gallery delivered within 5–10 business days
### Team / Organization
• Delivery timelines vary based on package and group size
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

## 7. Editing & Retouching
Basic edits include:
• color correction
• lighting adjustments
• cropping
Retouching includes:
• skin smoothing
• blemish removal
• detailed enhancements
Only the number of retouched images included in your package will receive advanced editing.
Additional retouched images may be purchased.
The Creative Project maintains full creative control over editing style.
RAW images are not provided.

## 8. Creative Direction & Image Selection
Clients are welcome to share creative ideas, inspiration, and concepts prior to their session. Collaboration is encouraged to bring your vision to life.
The Creative Project retains final creative control over lighting, composition, and editing style to ensure consistency and quality.
Clients will receive a gallery of images and are responsible for selecting their final images for retouching based on their package.

## 9. Studio & Session Guidelines
Standard sessions include basic studio setups or one location.
Custom sets, props, or studio rentals are not included unless booked accordingly.

## 10. Group Size Policy
Portrait sessions include a limited number of participants.
Larger groups must book the appropriate session type or may incur additional fees.

## 11. Revisions & Adjustments
Clients may request minor adjustments within 3 business days of receiving their images.
Additional edits or extensive changes may require additional fees.

## 12. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
• arriving on time
• selecting images promptly
• providing clear communication
Delays caused by the client may affect turnaround times.

## 13. Graphic Design & Digital Products
### Graphic Design Services
• Turnaround time is typically 5–10 business days
• Rush services available for a fee
• Includes limited revisions
• Additional revisions may incur fees
Final designs are licensed for personal or business marketing use only.
Designs may not be:
• resold
• redistributed
• altered for resale
• used for third-party distribution

## 14. Image Alteration
Clients may not apply heavy filters, edits, or alterations that significantly change the original work when posting images.
